Felix Brosch, ANFT Certified Nature Therapy Guide
Originally from South Germany where I have been playing in the woods since early childhood. After traveling the world I moved to Lake Tahoe in 1998 .
At our local college I earned an AA in Wilderness Education. In 2018 I studied to become a Nature Therapy Guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy. Additional studies include: Earth Activist Training with Starhawk and Charles Williams, Reiki, Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation, Wilderness Therapy for Mental Health Professionals with Jeff Adorador .
I deeply care for the environment and believe that the well being of the planet is linked to our own well being . On our walks together we turn experience into wisdom. Our nature outings are very meditative. We slow down and connect with our environment and the more than human world. Forest Therapy/Shinrinyoku/ Forest Bathing is for everybody. There is no wrong way of doing it! The Guide opens the Door and the Forest is the Therapist. When we are fully present we can develop an intimate relationship with nature. We feel a deeper inner knowing that WE ARE PART OF NATURE.
